Cabaret has a fully staffed technical department. We can service you POS terminals, computers, and printers. Our technicians are knowledgeable in networks, software configuration, and many types of POS hardware.
Cabaret Systems also has a 24 by 7 by 365 help desk staffed for our maintenance customers. We can help those not on our maintenance yet during our normal business hours or by special arrangement with management.
Our Support Staff is not only knowledgeable in Squirrel POS, Focus POS and Maitre’D POS but also on all aspects of hardware troubleshooting. They can help with the printer that refuses to print, the terminal that will not load, adding a pop up to a menu, adding employees into labor or almost any POS issue you may have.

If your system is showing some age and ready for an upgrade we are here to help. We can explain what will work on your current hardware and what will not. We can upgrade you to the latest Focus, Squirrel or Maitre’D POS version on your hardware or new hardware. We carry new as well as refurbished equipment in stock at all time for that terminal that has booted for the last time or the printer that got to close to the heat lamp.
