Support Options
We have Software Only or Software/Hardware Maintenance Agreements available; both include 24-hour support, as well as free upgrades. If needed, we will provide on site support, however there may be a trip charge included. The hardware portion of the combined agreement covers normal wear and tear of the hardware at no charge except for shipping. Acts of God are not covered.

Assisted Support
All new Cabaret products come with a 90-day warranty from the Live date. This warranty covers normal wear and tear on hardware and software support and upgrades. If additional training is needed our daily training rate is $700.00 a day
Pay-Per-Call Support
Support is available Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST by calling 1-704-333-1100.
For emergencies only, we are available after hours by at 1-704-661-7712.
Hardware Repair
Our current hardware repair rate is $150 per hour

Support is available over the internet using our Support Request Email. General questions will be answered free of charge. You will be advised (via email) if any support time is required to resolve your problem.
