The President of Cabaret Systems, Inc., Jeff Henry, has been selling and servicing Point of Sale systems for more than 20 years. Jeff started Cabaret Systems in 1991 and we currently support more than 400 sites in 21 states as well as the Caribbean.

Cabaret System's support staff is headed by Bob Alleva, Director of Operations with 10 years managing software and technical services.
Sean Garison, Director of installation and training, works hard to keep all our customers up to date on the newest products.
Brian Titler is our resident installer and also does software support for our large customer base. Brian is very knowledgeable in all our software products and is a big hit with our customers.
Mike Williams has rejoined our support and installation staff. Mike is back up to speed and ready for all challenges.
Cabaret Development LLC., a subsidiary of Cabaret Systems, is a leader in the restaurant software industry. Stan Ault, Director of Research and Development, is a seasoned professional with programming skills that date back to 1980's. He oversees the development of software applications.
Dan Willis, who heads up our Customer Support and Quality Assurance Department, has 10 years of restaurant management experience and has been working with Squirrel as well as other Point of Sale systems since the early 90's.
